Outlook Not Sending Mail

- Outlook is offline
- A large or damaged message is blocking the queue
- Mail account authentication needs attention
Step-by-Step Repair
- Confirm your internet connection is working.
- Choose Send/Receive and make sure Work Offline is not enabled.
- Delete or move stuck Outbox messages, especially those with large attachments.
- Send a new plain-text test email.
- Review your account password and server settings if the error continues.
